The application of blockchain technology in the judicial field is conducive to achieving judicial data integration and sharing, breaking data silos, leading the transformation of judicial services to provincial-level levels, and promoting judicial justice through digital justice. The technological characteristics of blockchain, which include a new type of database, multiple business entities, mutual distrust, and strong business correlation, are highly compatible with the current judicial practice in the digital age, which determines the possibility of blockchain being suitable for multiple scenarios such as judicial evidence storage, smart trial, judicial execution, judicial assistance services, and judicial cooperation. Faced with the judicial field of blockchain technology, it may lead to a "decentralization" challenge to judicial authority over reliance on algorithms impairs judicial speculation, and the lack of standards leads to data incompatibility, technical confidence conceals the authenticity of evidence and data sharing threatens data security. It is necessary to root in the judicial practice of Socialism with Chinese characteristics, unify the judicial application standards of blockchain, strengthen the pre-authentication of blockchain certificates, use blockchain+privacy computing technology to give consideration to data security and exchange, and reserve compound talents of blockchain rule of law. |
