Opening and sharing government data will increase the risk and difficulty of protecting personal information. The system of Collecting and using personal information should be perfected and improved. The relationship between personal information protection and opening big data should be coordinated. The technology used, of protecting personal information, should be further improved. Laws, regulations and supervision mechanisms still need to be implemented and strengthened. Based on the experience of other countries, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions with a view to provide some research ideas of personal information protection under the background of opening and sharing government data. |
