The development of military civilian integration has become a global trend in the development of military industry. The development path of military civilian integration proposed by the 19th national congress is the only way for the sustainable development, transformation and upgrading of China's military enterprises. After several years of development, China's military civilian integration strategy has been promoted rapidly, but there are still technical bottlenecks in the free trading, execution, acceptance, and settlement of military and private enterprises. This paper points out that applying blockchain technology with the advantages of independent data distribution and information encryption security to the field of military civilian integration can effectively solve the above bottleneck problems. This paper demonstrates the coupling relationship between blockchain technology and military civilian integration from the perspectives of transaction subject, transaction mechanism, smart contract, and encryption mechanism, establishes the information flow and physical flow models of military civilian integration transaction respectively, gives the application process of military civilian integration transaction with weak center, and finally prospects its development prospect. |
