Through an online survey, this paper made a relatively comprehensive investigation on the status quo of the information disclosure services of 33 provincial public archives website in China, found that these archives website are insufficient in terms of the importance of information disclosure, the scope of information disclosure, the way of information disclosure, the quality of information disclosure, the timeliness of information disclosure, and the feedback mechanism of information disclosure. meanwhile, from the aspects of system construction, content improvement, quality improvement and mechanism improvement, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the information disclosure service of provincial public archives websites, and pondered on the strategy of improving the quality of information disclosure services on the websites of provincial public archives in China. |
