摘       要：

智慧城市建设已成为越来越多城市转型发展的优先选择。但与全球广泛开展的各类智慧城市试点相比，关于建设路径的理论探索仍很不足。在此背景下，本文基于信息架构与业务模式的理论框架，对我国地方政府（地级市及直辖市）在2010年至2021年间发布的163个智慧城市规划文本内容进行分析，尝试对智慧城市建设路径选择的演化过程进行清晰刻画和内涵解释，以期为新型智慧城市建设过程中推动智能技术的社会化适应，满足人民对美好城市生活的向往提供思路借鉴。

Abstract： The construction of smart cities has become a priority choice for the transformation and development of more and more cities. However, compared with various smart city pilot projects widely carried out around the world, the theoretical exploration on the construction path is still inadequate. In this context, based on the theoretical framework of information architectures and business models, this paper analyzes the contents of 163 smart city planning texts released by local governments (prefecture-level cities and municipalities directly under the central government) in China from 2010 and 2021, and attempts to provide a clear portrayal and connotation explanation of the evolutionary process of smart city construction path selection. The purpose is to provide ideas to promote the social adaptation of intelligent technologies in the process of new smart city construction and to meet people's needs for a better urban life.
