Corruption is the common enemy of human society, and how to effectively control corruption is a major problem facing mankind. Network anti-corruption is the product of scientific and technological progress and application in the information age, and is an important form of scientific and technological anti-corruption. It is of positive significance to solve the still severe and complex anti-corruption struggle situation in China, and is an important channel to carry out anti-corruption work that is beneficial and has been proved effective in practice. As a new paradigm of anti-corruption in China at present, network anti-corruption is different from campaign anti-corruption, power anti-corruption, system anti-corruption and system anti-corruption. It shows a distinct emphasis on "power restricts power", has many advantages that traditional anti-corruption paradigm does not have, and is an important supplement to traditional supervision methods and specialized agencies in anti-corruption. But at the same time, network anti-corruption has its own shortcomings and drawbacks that restrict its sustainable development. If these problems cannot be effectively solved, the network anti-corruption will inevitably fall into a dilemma in practice. The fundamental way to put online anti-corruption on the right track of healthy development is to integrate it into the clean government system with Chinese characteristics, seamlessly connect with the mechanism construction, and organically integrate with the existing system of anti-corruption. This requires building a scientific and effective social network anti-corruption mechanism, improving the network operation platform and mechanism, and speeding up the construction of network anti-corruption by law. |
