摘       要:

“一带一路”倡议自2013年提出以来,始终遵循共商共建共享的原则,成为最受欢迎的公共产品,使世界共享中国智慧的成果,加强了与沿线国家的合作与交流,积极推进与沿线国家发展的战略对接,是促进中国和中亚国家密切联系的桥梁和纽带。中亚是“一带一路”的首倡地区,虽然中国与中亚国家在各方面的发展具有较大差异,但始终具有相同的利益诉求,为最大化整合各国信息资源,充分发挥各国特有的优势,实现中国与中亚地区各国的互利共赢,推动“数字丝绸之路”的稳步发展,打造中国—中亚命运共同体的背景下,中国—中亚信息港的建设就显得尤为重要。

Abstract: Since its proposal in 2013, the “Belt and Road” initiative has always followed the principle of consultation, co-construction and sharing, becoming the most popular public good, enabling the world to share the fruits of Chinese wisdom, strengthening cooperation and exchanges with countries along the route, and actively promoting strategic docking with the development of countries along the route, which is a bridge and link to promote close ties between China and Central Asian countries. Central Asia is the first region of the "Belt and Road", although China and Central Asian countries have great differences in development in all aspects, but always have the same interests, in order to maximize the integration of information resources of various countries, give full play to the unique advantages of each country, achieve mutual benefit and win-win results between China and Central Asian countries, promote the steady development of the “Digital Silk Road”, and build a China-Central Asia community with a shared future, the construction of China-Central Asia information port is particularly important.
