Based on the unique advantages of smart campuses in improving the information literacy and office efficiency of teachers and students, domestic universities have opened up intelligent transformation practices. However, subject to the difference in the result-oriented and multi-subject organizational nature of the section organization, the construction of smart campuses often falls into the dilemma of "Neglect Process" and "organizational conflict". A review of the literature found that the existing research focuses on the discussion of macro-level aspects such as technology and Policy, and lacks the attention of micro perspectives such as organization and Process. Based on the loose coupling theory, this paper constructs an analytical framework of "organizational subject-mechanism-coupling system", combines the "Process-event" Method to show the cases in detail, and proposes a school-enterprise cooperation model of "loose relationship" and "close relationship" to provide a reference for the construction of A smart campus in colleges and universities. |
