Innovative cities are the new trend of urban development and an important path to accelerate the transformation of urban development mode and promote new urbanization. Urban governance innovation is one of the contents of innovative city construction, and also an important guarantee to promote innovative city construction. With the development of emerging information technologies such as big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, blockchain and artificial intelligence, intelligence has become an important direction to promote urban governance innovation and realize urban governance modernization. The intelligent model of urban governance includes three aspects: intelligent monitoring and identification of social problems based on digital twin system, accurate analysis and deduction of social problems based on knowledge base model, and real-time evaluation and dynamic feedback of urban governance based on multi-source data fusion. The realization of intelligent urban governance requires simultaneous efforts from three aspects: technology, organization and system. First, the intelligent technology support system needs to be improved. Secondly, the urban organization and management system needs to be optimized. Finally, the governance system guarantee mechanism needs to be improved. The three will work together to modernize the urban governance system and capacity. |
